At LipSignal™, every order ships completely free. No minimums, no fine print — free shipping on every single order, every time.


Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit, it is considered dispatched. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

United States: 4-7 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom: 4-7 business days 

Australia: 7–15 business days

During peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International orders may also be subject to customs clearance delays, which can extend overall delivery time.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delays or order cancellation.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at contact@lipsignal.shop within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to make the correction. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this window as your order may have already entered the dispatch process.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Delayed Deliveries

We do everything we can to get LipSignal™ to your door as quickly as possible. However, there are circumstances outside of our control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or unforeseen processing issues — that may impact your delivery timeline. If anything on our end causes a delay, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated every step of the way. Please note that LipSignal™ cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors, and we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost or stolen, please email us at contact@lipsignal.shop and we will do everything we can to help.

We recommend also contacting the carrier directly to file a claim — most carriers have a formal process for lost packages and may require additional information from you to proceed. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed. Please note that LipSignal™ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, as these fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
