Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage you to use the product for a minimum of 14 days so your skin has the time it needs to respond and rebuild. If you are still unsatisfied after 14 days, you may request a full refund at any point within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every LipSignal™ order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Packaging that shows minor wear from transit — such as a dented box — with the product itself in good condition does not qualify as damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@lipsignal.shop with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, LipSignal™ cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or any other factors outside of our control. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your courier directly for assistance. LipSignal™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an error is made and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we will not be able to offer a resend or a refund. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
